HF XXXX (Igo) Requiring the inclusion of nuclear power and an optional resource in a utility’s integrated resource plan; requiring the state to apply for federal funding related to nuclear-powered electric generating plants. (Revisor code 26-08201)

  • HF4308 (Swedzinski) - Annual payments by the Monticello nuclear generating plant terminated, distributed solar energy standard modified, sales tax exemption on residential natural gas and electricity extended year round, and electric and natural gas facilities exempted from payment of the state commercial-industrial property tax.
