III. HF 4075 (Moller / Scott): Uniform procedure established for imposition, implementation, and oversight of firearm restrictions resulting from certain criminal convictions and judicial orders.
IV. HF 3826 (Witte): Identity theft crime; definitions modified and added, attorney general and county attorneys provided with additional subpoena authority, and statutes of limitation altered for fraud-related offenses.
V. HF 3825 (Repinski): Judge required to inquire whether victim has been notified of plea and sentencing hearings, victim protected from identification in prosecutor's petition for sentence adjustment, victim notification of defendant eligibility for automatic expungement expanded, and other crime victim provisions modified.
VI. HF 3827 (Duran): Grants from Bureau of Criminal Apprehension to local law enforcement clarified as reimbursements, law related to recording of crimes updated, process for determining how certain criminal records are ineligible for sealing established, and court required to provide order for protection for access by law enforcement.
VII. HF 3459 (Feist): Minnesota Common Interest Ownership Act clarifying, technical, and conforming changes made; exemptions provided; number of directors for certain associations provided; and insurance policies clarified.
VIII. HF 3711 (Curran): Administrative hearings provisions amended for human rights cases.
IX. HF 4200 (Hanson, J.): Data reported to Office of Cannabis Management through statewide monitoring system made not public data, and provisions related to public data on cannabis business license applicants and license holders modified.
X. HF 3908 (Kraft): Ignition interlock program license revocation requirements modified, driver's license indicators classified as private data, and technical corrections made.

SF1750 (Bahner): Common interest communities rights and duties modified, unit owner rights modified, termination threshold modified, meet and confer process established, notice of meetings modified, and governing bodies prohibited from requiring or incentivizing creation of homeowners associations.

HF2700 (Elkins): Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act modified to make consumer health data a form of sensitive data, and additional protections added for sensitive data.

HF1606 (Hanson, J): Nudification technology access prohibited.

HF3356 (Huot): Removal of identifying equipment and insignia from emergency vehicles sold to the public required.

HF3946 (Moller): Law enforcement agencies required to report information in domestic abuse cases, arrests for suspected nonfelony domestic abuse authorized, person arrested for suspected domestic abuse required to be held in custody until the person's first court appearance, Task Force on Improving Responses to Domestic Violence Crimes established, annual reports required, and money appropriated.

HF3970 (Moller): Remedy to extinguish a joint interest in a contract for deed of a perpetrator of domestic abuse or sexual assault established.

HF3658 (Frazier): Processes for applying for, securing, and enforcing extreme risk protection orders modified.

HF3875 (Liebling): Publication process for court notices clarified; provisions regarding restitution, conciliation court, juror data, and no-fault arbitration modified; notices to public authorities clarified; and Supreme Court Council on Child Protection expiration date modified.

HF2627 (Norris): Pet shops prohibited from selling cats and dogs.

SF856 (Norris): Office of the Inspector General creation and appropriation.
