HF238 (Nash) - Use of force in defense of home and person law clarified, self-defense and defense of home laws codified and extended, duty to retreat in self-defense outside of home eliminated, boundaries of dwelling for purposes of self-defense expanded, presumption in the case of a person entering a dwelling or occupied vehicle by stealth or force created, and right to defend against entry extended.

HF1779 (Hertaus) - Uniform Collateral Consequences of Conviction Act enacted, other law regarding collateral consequences and rehabilitation of criminal offenders with the uniform act conformed, and money appropriated.
HF1510 (Miller) - Offenders authorized to be housed in nonpublicly owned facilities.
HF2337 (Becker-Finn) - Targeted domestic violence prevention programming established, and money appropriated.
HF2176 (O'Neill) - Probation and parole agents required to consider and recommend local options to address technical violations by nonviolent controlled substance offenders, local program access funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF2431 (Cornish) - Court reporter outdated statutes updated, drug court name changed to treatment court, direct appeals of referee orders and decrees in probate or civil commitment court proceedings to the Court of Appeals authorized, perjury statutes clarified for documents provided to the court, and service of harassment restraining orders modified.
HF2364 (Cornish) - Warrant required to obtain blood or urine samples, license revocation provided, and guidelines for license revocation hearings established.
