IV. HF 4215 (Noor) Prison-to-employment pathways funding provided for instruction to incarcerated individuals for employment after incarceration and work release, and money appropriated.

HF 3957 (Mariani) Public safety commissioner authorized to mobilize specialized emergency response teams; victim request of notification of civil commitment clarified; Public Safety Department Office of Justice Programs clarified as the designated agency responsible for domestic abuse funding; commissioner of public safety authorized to accept donations, nonfederal grants, bequests, and other gifts of money; expiration of reports to the legislature provided; hazardous materials response teams defined; Bureau of Criminal Apprehension's questioned identity process modified; language regarding smoke alarms modified; and computer theft crime modified to include copies of data.
