II. HF 2867 (Huot) Soft body armor reimbursement grant eligibility expanded.
III. HF 499 (Marquart) Emergency management readiness grant funding provided for local planning and preparedness efforts, report required, and money appropriated.
IV. HF 2821 (Backer) Statewide public safety radio communication system equipment grant program established, and money appropriated.
