Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 10:43 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Clark moved that HF 2150 (Clark) as amended, Health and human services agency funding provided, and money appropriated, be returned to the Committee on Finance.
