MINUTES
Representative Smith, Chair of the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 A. M. on February 8, 2011, in Room 10 (Ground Floor) of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Kriesel moved approval of the February 3, 2011 Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF0141, First Engrossment (Cornish) Public safety dog injury penalty increased.
Representative Cornish moved HF0141, First Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be sent to the General Register.
Representative Cornish presented HF0141, First Engrossment.
Police Chief Rich Mathwig and Officer John Jorgensen, Roseville Police Department, testified on HF0141, First Engrossment.
Representative Cornish renewed his motion that HF0141, First Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be sent to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Chair Smith adjourned the meeting at 8:39 A.M.
