PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY MINUTES


Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:30 AM on February 7, 2023, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Engen moved that the Committee minutes from February 3, 2023, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 450 (Stephenson) Crime of organized retail theft established, release of financial account information to law enforcement provided, burglary crimes following trespass notice amended, and time period for search warrant on financial institutions established.

Chair Moller moved to lay over HF 450.

Rep. Stephenson presented HF 450.
