HF 2023 (Long) Clean Slate Act established, automatic expungement process provided for offenders, waiting periods modified for expungements that require petition, offenses that are eligible for expungement amended, records received and retained by Bureau of Criminal Apprehension modified, creation of database required, data classified, and money appropriated.
HF 1278 (Pelowski) Disaster assistance contingency account funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF 41 (Feist) Bureau of Criminal Apprehension superintendent required to prepare and annual report on Fusion Center activities, and money appropriated.
HF 2678 (Kraft) Fire safety account fee assessed to homeowner insurance policies modified.
HF 1322 (Tabke) Metropolitan Council authorized to issue administrative citations for transit fare evasion, Metropolitan Council required to implement transit safety measures, civil penalties imposed, technical and clarifying changes made, and report required.
HF 1617 (Becker-Finn) Grand Portage Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Tribal emergency management coordinator establishment funding provided, and money appropriated.
