PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES


Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on March 24th, 2026, in Room 120 of the State Capitol Building.

HF3407 (Pinto) Sale and possession of ghost guns prohibited, 3D printing of guns limited to federally licensed firearms manufacturers, distribution of 3D printer firearm design files prohibited, firearm serial numbers required, public notice required, and limits on assembling firearms without license provided.
