Starting Line: Bill says 'thank you' to first responders

Volunteer emergency medical responders sacrifice their time to aid people in need. Find out why Rep. Jeff Backer (R-Browns Valley) sponsors HF105 as a way to say “thank you” to volunteer ambulance service personnel.
