2017 state fair poll results

The cheese curds have been eaten, cookies consumed and Pronto Pups polished off. And, with the 2017 Minnesota State Fair in the rearview mirror, results of the informal, unscientific Minnesota House state fair poll are available online.

More than 7,100 fairgoers cast a ballot over 12 late-summer days at the House’s state fair booth in the Education Building.  This year’s poll sought input on a wide range of issues, like proposed penalties for protesters who block highways, questions of local government control over labor regulations, and Minnesota’s permit to carry law.
