Rep. Rick Hansen (DFL-South St. Paul) had traditionally voted against the Sunday off-sale liquor sales law, but in 2017 he changed his vote to green. Hansen says he voted “yes” this time around because, in part, of the work being done to dedicate revenue from the sale of alcohol to treatment programs.
