PUBLIC SAFETY FINANCE AND POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

Representative Kelly Moller, Chair of the Committee on Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:31on, February 20th, 2024, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Curran moved that the minutes of February 15th, 2024, be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3805 (Norris) Funding provided to develop digital geographic information system mapping data for school facilities.

Chair Moller moved that HF3805 be laid over.

Representative Norris presented HF3805.

Chair Moller moved that HF472 be laid over.

Representative Huot presented HF472.

Rep Huot moved the HF472A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

*Public Testimony on HF 3489 was taken on Feb. 13th. We will not be taking additional public testimony. Written testimony will still be permitted and must be submitted to the Committee Administrator, ellen.mcdaniel@house.mn.gov by 12:00 PM, Monday, Feb. 19th.
