SF1750 (Bahner) Common interest communities rights and duties modified, unit owner rights modified, termination threshold modified, meet and confer process established, notice of meetings modified, and governing bodies prohibited from requiring or incentivizing creation of homeowners associations.

HF4250 (Koegel) Ticket resale disclosures and price regulated, and reports required.

HF3938 (Klevorn) Owners of firearms required to have liability insurance, and homeowners' and tenants' policies required to include liability coverage for accidental discharge of firearms.

HF3904 (Hanson, J.) Reimbursement rate parity for clinical trainees providing alcoholism, mental health, and chemical dependency services required.
