HF3458 (Acomb) - Tribal lands exempted from provisions governing exclusive service areas for electric utilities.
HF3777 (Mahamoud) - Commission required to promote affordable service and consider customers' ability to pay rates.
HF3778 (Mahamoud) - Public utilities and cooperative electric associations required to report revenue authorized and collected.
HF3912 (Hollins) - Utility allowed to charge a fee to a customer who has entered into a payment agreement and whose household income is above 50 percent of state median income, utility allowed to charge a reconnection fee, and utility allowed to charge a late payment charge subject to conditions.
