MINUTES
Representative Denny McNamara, Chair of the Committee on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Policy and Finance called the thirty-third meeting to order at 8:57 a.m. on March 23, 2011, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 8:57 a.m.

Representative Fabian moved that the minutes from the committee meetings on March 21, 2011 and March 22, 2011 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1010 (McNamara) Pheasant habitat improvement account disposition provided.

Rep. McNamara moved that H.F. 1010 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Rep. McNamara moved the H1010DE1 delete-all amendment to H.F. 1010. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. McNamara moved the H1010A13 amendment.

Bob Meier, MN Department of Resources, testified on the H1010A13 amendment.

Rep. McNamara renewed his motion that the H1010A13 amendment be adopted. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. McNamara moved the
H1010A14 amendment.

Kirk Koudelka, MN Pollution Control Agency, testified on the H1010A14 amendment.

Rep. McNamara renewed his motion that the H1010A14 amendment be adopted. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Persell moved the H1010A1 amendment.

Rep. Dill moved to orally amend HF1010A1 as follows:

Pg 37, line 29, after "is" remove "250" and insert "50".

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Hilty requested a roll call vote.

Rep. Dill moved to divide the H1010A1 amendment on pg 1, between line 3 and line 4. The motion prevailed. The amendment was divided.

Pg 1, line 9, after "the" remove "general fund" and insert "state parks account within the natural resources fund".
