JUDICIARY POLICY AND FINANCE COMMITTEE

MINUTES

Representative Shimanski, Chair of the Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:17 A.M. on January 31, 2012, in Room 10 (ground floor) of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved approval of the January 26, 2012 Judiciary Policy and Finance Committee minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Testimony was heard on the Office of the Legislative Auditor's Report of the Minnesota Judicial Branch Second District dated October 20, 2011.
