Legislative Update: Minnesota's Eviction Moratorium Off-Ramp Ends Tonight

Minnesota’s eviction moratorium off-ramp ends tonight, but renters can still be protected from eviction by applying for rental assistance. Any renter who is behind on their rent and has an open application cannot be evicted. Apply here. You can read my statement with more information here.

State Revenue Report

Minnesota Management and Budget is announcing state net general fund receipts are estimated to be 12% above the February forecast and have exceeded the projection for all major tax types.
