Easter isn’t just another date on the calendar—it’s the cornerstone of our faith, the ultimate victory lap of life over death, and the clearest reminder we have of God’s endless grace. As someone with Irish ancestry, this season always feels a little extra meaningful. It brings to mind springtime in the Emerald Isle—after a long, gray winter, everything starts waking up again. The fields turn green, the flowers push through, and there’s this quiet but unmistakable sense that something new is happening. That’s Easter. Renewal. Hope. A fresh start we didn’t earn, but are freely given anyway. And in a world that can feel uncertain, the empty tomb stands firm. It’s the ultimate promise that darkness doesn’t get the final say, that love wins, and that our Redeemer reigns.
