St. Louis Park, Hopkins, Stillwater, Columbia Heights and St. Francis students gather at the Capitol to advocate for the New Voices Bill (HF 1501 and SF 1562) sponsored by Rep. Cheryl Youakim (DFL-Hopkins) and Sen. Susan Kent (DFL-Woodbury), allowing student journalists to publish articles unhindered by school administration as long as they follow journalistic standards.
