SAINT PAUL, MINN —Minneapolis State Representatives Fue Lee, Raymond Dehn, and State Senator Bobby Joe Champion are inviting residents of Senate District 59 to attend a town hall meeting to discuss the topic of economic development.
Northside residents are invited to join a town hall meeting on issues relating to economic development, small business issues, hiring and leveraging state resources to spur growth in our community, especially those issues facing minority-owned businesses and contractors. Members of the community are welcome to attend with questions.
Commissioners of the Minnesota Departments of Administration and Employment & Economic Development (DEED) have been invited to attend, along with the Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) and West Broadway Business and Area Coalition (WBC) to provide information about their work in North Minneapolis. They will provide information and take questions from members of the community. This event is free and open to the public and all are welcome.
