SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. Rep. John Huot (DFL-Rosemount) will join state and county officials for a groundbreaking ceremony in downtown Rosemount to celebrate the Morrison redevelopment project, which will increase housing opportunities in the community.
The Morrison was approved by the City Council in February and will be a combination of 124- unit market rate apartments and at least 4,000 square feet of commercial space.
