SAINT PAUL, Minn. - Tomorrow, the House State and Local Government Finance and Policy Committee will have a public hearing on legislation authored by Rep. John Huot (DFL-Rosemount) that imposes a $1,000 fine on any attendee who disrupts or interferes with a youth sports or extracurricular activity.
