SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Rep. Liz Reyer (DFL – Eagan) has been appointed to the Housing Conference Committee. House and Senate legislators who serve on this joint committee will work together to reach a compromise and craft a Housing bill to send back to each chamber for a final vote.
“All Minnesotans deserve to have safe and affordable housing,” said Rep. Reyer. “During the conference committee process, I will continue fighting for strong, equitable investments to increase the supply of affordable housing and ensure homeowners, renters, and people experiencing homelessness have a stable place to call home.”
Conference committees are expected to begin meeting as soon as this week.
