ST. PAUL, MN – Representative Jeff Dotseth (R-Kettle River) has been honored with the 2025 Housing Leadership Award by Housing First Minnesota in recognition of his strong support for policies aimed at improving housing affordability and expanding homeownership opportunities across Minnesota.
Dotseth was one of 24 legislators recognized for advancing legislation that supports housing supply, zoning reform, and local solutions to address the state’s housing shortage.
“Minnesota families are being priced out of the dream of homeownership,” said Dotseth. “I’m proud to support reforms that remove barriers and make it easier to build and own a home. We need to keep working to ensure every Minnesotan has a fair shot at owning a home in the community they love.”
The Housing Leadership Award is given annually to lawmakers who demonstrate a commitment to advancing practical, pro-housing policies during the legislative session.
