Representative Gander Responds to Supreme Court Decision Representative Steve Gander, R—East Grand Forks, issued the following statement following Friday's Supreme Court decision. "The Supreme Court’s decision does not change much, but it has made one thing very clear: House Democrats are not only failing their constituents, but the entire state of Minnesota by refusing to show up and do their jobs.
