HF4231 (Lee) Capital project grant fund withholding required prior to approval of sustainable building guideline compliance, commissioner of administration adjustment of capital project construction cost thresholds required, sustainable building guideline education funding provided, and money appropriated.
HF4628 (Davnie) COVID-19; coronavirus capital project fund funding provided for digital connectivity technology project and multipurpose community facilities, and money appropriated.
HF4631 (Lee) Weather trend integration research funding provided for designing and operating public buildings for operational cost reduction and damage prevention from extreme weather events, report required, and money appropriated.
HF4739 (Lee) Community air monitoring system pilot grant program established, reports required, and money appropriated.
