The Chair plans to implement a dialog at this meeting between the Departments, stakeholders and members of the MNLARS steering committee.  Stakeholder groups will address the MNLARS steering committee members as to how things are going with the recent updates and how the current MNLARS system is impacting their businesses.

Written information will be provided to committee members from DPS and MN.IT on current priority list of fixes, 1.12 planned update and what it will address, printing duplicate titles and potential delay cited, and any additional defects or gaps which have been found since the MNLARS “road map” was put into place.

Time will be limited so want to focus most of the attention of this meeting to having a dialog between the Departments, stakeholders and members of the MNLARS steering committee.

Chair Torkelson will have the gavel.

The Conference Committee on SF3656 - Omnibus Supplemental Budget Bill - will meet to begin adoption of language. The first three areas in which the Committee will consider adopting language will be Agriculture, Higher Education, and Environment. The Committee will continue to meet throughout the day to adopt language in other budget areas.
