HF3965 (Tabke) Sale and use of paraquat dichloride prohibited, commissioner required to collect and dispose of paraquat dichloride, and report required.
HF3704 (Pursell) Sale and distribution of certain seeds coated or treated with systemic insecticides without the approval of the commissioner of agriculture, and application or treatment of ornamental outdoor plants and turf with neonicotinoid insecticides prohibited.
HF3260 (Frederick) Agricultural land trends report required, and money appropriated.
*HF3718 (Anderson, P.H.) Provisions relating to the practice of veterinary medicine and veterinary technology modified.
**HF3718 (Anderson, P.H.) received a full hearing with testimony on March 4, 2026. The action on this bill, as amended, would be to consider a motion to re-refer the bill to the General Register.

TESTIMONY AND MATERIALS SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Individuals wishing to testify or submit written testimony or handouts for the hearing must e-mail the committee administrator (Peter.Strohmeier@house.mn.gov) by 1 p.m. the day prior to the hearing.
