HF3884 (K. Lee) - Tribal governments made eligible recipients of Metropolitan Council grant programs, and technical changes made.

HF3881 (Virnig) - Small business contracting requirements modified, report to the legislature on compliance required, and compliance plan requirements for certain public contracts over a threshold amount repealed.

HF3882 (Virnig) - Metropolitan Council program requirements modified, reporting requirements modified, Metropolitan Council and regional development commission review of city housing finance programs removed, and technical corrections made.

HF3883 (Freiberg) - Water supply planning and reporting requirements clarified.

HF3363 (Freiberg) - Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board prohibited from posting on its website the street address of an individual disclosed on a campaign report, data classified, political material disclaimer governing laws modified, and local campaign finance report content requirements modified.

HF3362 (Freiberg) - Elected officials required to be given access to multiple unit dwellings under certain circumstances.

2) Written testimony/Handouts: Follow the format here and email the PDF version to wilson.lee@house.mn.gov by 12pm (noon) Tuesday, March 3rd.

Amendments: Bill Authors and Committee Members wishing to present an amendment must submit amendments to the CA at wilson.lee@house.mn.gov by 12pm (noon) Tuesday, March 3rd.

HF3362 (Freiberg) - Elected officials required to be given access to multiple unit dwellings under certain circumstances.
HF3363 (Freiberg) - Campaign Finance; street address classified as private data; Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board prohibited from posting private data on its website; noncampaign disbursement use provided for security-related expenses; campaign finance laws modified; disclaimer requirements modified; Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board, local governments, and school districts required to remove, modify, and repost reports and statements on websites; certification requirements to have an address classified as private data on an affidavit of candidacy removed; and definitions provided and amended.

III. HF 2614 (Mekeland) Governing bodies prohibited from requiring or incentivizing creation of homeowners associations, and governing bodies prohibited from requiring terms not required under state law in homeowners association documents.

IV. HF 3587 (Gordon) Election judges who assist a voter outside of a polling place required to handle only one voted ballot at a time.

V. HF 3589 (Gordon) Voter permitted to briefly leave a polling place to address an unexpected need, at the discretion of the head election judge.

VI. HF 3588 (Quam) Eligible persons who may request a public information list expanded.
