HF4186 (Luger-Nikolai) - Housing and redevelopment agencies authorized to utilize certain long-term equity investment authority, and investment types in which a qualifying government may invest modified.

HF4202 (J. Hanson) - Provisions relating to local unit of government's regulation of cannabis businesses modified.

HF4455 (K. Lee) - Ramsey County human resources personnel structure terminology updated, certain positions adjusted to unclassified service for consistency with other positions, obsolete language repealed, and technical changes made.

HF3884* (K. Lee) - Tribal governments made eligible recipients of Metropolitan Council grant programs, and technical changes made.

HF3883* (Freiberg) - Water supply planning and reporting requirements clarified.

HF3882* (Virnig) - Metropolitan Council program requirements modified, reporting requirements modified, Metropolitan Council and regional development commission review of city housing finance programs removed, and technical corrections made.

HF3881* (Virnig) - Small business contracting requirements modified, report to the legislature on compliance required, and compliance plan requirements for certain public contracts over a threshold amount repealed.

HF2688 (Greenman) - A resolution memorializing Congress to overturn the United States Supreme Court decision Citizens United v. FEC, requesting that Congress clarify that the rights protected under the Constitution are the rights of natural persons and not the rights of artificial entities and that spending money to influence elections is not speech under the First Amendment, and asking that Congress propose a constitutional amendment to provide such clarification.

HF 3295 (Gordon) - Open Meeting Law; meeting broadcasting through social media authorized.

HF3862 (Freiberg) - Secretary of state required to prepare and distribute a voter information guide prior to each statewide general election, and rulemaking authorized.

HF3362* (Freiberg) - Elected officials required to be given access to multiple unit dwellings under certain circumstances.

HF4242* (Freiberg) - Provisions governing disposition of decedents' personal property by coroners and medical examiners modified.
