Duluth, MN - State Representative Pete Johnson (DFL - Duluth) released the following statement after the killing of a Minnesotan this morning by federal agents in Minneapolis:
“Yesterday, over 50,000 people came together in peaceful solidarity to support our neighbors, and we did it without a single broken window. That’s who Minnesotans are. We are not the ones creating chaos.
“Alex Pretti, like Renee Good, should still be alive.
“This isn’t a political issue; it’s a moral one. And history will remember where we stood.”
