***Pursuant to House Rule 4.20, HF 492 was returned to Ways and Means from the General Register. It was heard and debated on the merits during the 2019 legislative session and there is no fiscal impact. The committee will be taking a procedural vote to move the bill out of committee and back to the General Register.
