PUBLIC SAFETY AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM FINANCE AND POLICY OMNIBUS PRESENTATION

Agenda:
Informational hearing on the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Omnibus, HF 2792 (Mariani) Public safety provisions modified including corrections, law enforcement, sexual offenders, controlled substances, DWI, vehicle operations, pretrial release, offender sentencing, Peace Officer Standards and Training Board, and various other provisions.

Notes:
- Public Testimony will not be taken.
- Amendments will not be taken at this time. Amendments to the Omnibus will be taken on Thursday. The Deadline for those amendments are Wednesday at noon.
- The Chair encourages advocates for executive agencies and bills contained in the omnibus to be available to provide information at the discretion of the Chair should their be a technical question.
