HF 3679 (Kraft) Telecommunications; prohibited practices added, missed repair appointments credit provided, and municipal and local telecommunications service governing provisions modified.
HF 3987 (Fischer) Transfer of duties from Department of Human Services to Department of Direct Care and Treatment implemented; general executive board duties, powers, rulemaking authority, and administrative service contracting established; and conforming changes made.
