Marching for Life

Dear Neighbors,

Today I took part in the March for Life, joining legislators, faith leaders and citizens from across our state to support life and the rights of the unborn. Hosted by Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life, this event marks the anniversary of Roe v. Wade decision, commemorating the lives lost to abortion and advocating to protect all humans including unborn children and their mothers.

Joining fellow pro-life Minnesotans, I am inspired by Psalm 139: 13-17 which states, “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast in the sum of them!”

The sanctity of life is sacred, and we are called upon to protect those who cannot protect themselves. It is an honor to champion the rights of our children, families and the unborn, and I will continue to do so in my capacity as a state legislator.

I am proud to represent you at the Capitol, and will continue to advocate for the people and priorities of our district. With the 2018 session set to begin in late February, I want to hear from you about your priorities for the upcoming session. Please don’t hesitate to share your ideas, questions and comments with me.  I can be reached by phone at 651-296-3201 or by e-mail at rep.mary.franson@house.mn. I would love to hear from you!

I represent the best!

Sincerely,

Mary
