3. HF 4326 (Curran) Personal information of justices, judges, and judicial staff designated as private data on individuals; dissemination of personal information restricted; and penalty provided.
4. HF 4109 (Edelson) Competency attainment board name amended.
5. HF 671 (Lee) Administrative penalties for repeat or serious environmental violations required to be unforgiveable.
6. HF 3874 (Hansen, R.) Administrative penalty order authority modified for enforcing public water and drainage dich buffer requirements, and certain lawns to legumes program data made private.
7. HF 2509 (Huot) Transfer care specialists authorized to remove dead human bodies from place of death, registration of transfer care specialists by commissioner of health provided, and mortuary science fee added.
