II. HF3907 (Virnig) - Own home services provider capacity-building grants established, and money appropriated.

III. HF3835 (Frederick) - Commissioner of human services directed to authorize indirect billing for individualized home supports.

IV. HF4219 (Pryor) - Minnetonka; property payment rate exception provided for a nursing facility.

HANDOUTS: All handouts must be provided electronically to the Committee Administrator and Committee Legislative Assistant at least 12 hours prior to the start of a committee meeting. II. HF3642 (Noor) - Short-term medical assistance enrollment assistance established, and medical assistance coverage for prerelease care transition services to incarcerated individuals established.

III. HF3639 (Noor) - Commissioner of human services required to apply for federal waiver to provide nutrition supports as a covered service under medical assistance.
