HF2041 (Gomez): Service providers authorized to possess, distribute, and dispose of syringes; and possession of hypodermic syringes authorized.

HF1487 (Reyer): Revenue recapture provisions modified, claims from hospitals and ambulance services disallowed.

HF2599 (Reyer): Requirements for hospitals to screen patients for eligibility for health coverage or assistance established, affidavit of expert review required before debt collection activities, and hospital charges limited for uninsured treatments and services for patients.

HF1940 (Bierman): Palliative Care Advisory Council member terms clarified, Palliative Care Advisory Council sunset eliminated, report required, and money appropriated.

HF2160 (Bahner): Commissioner of health fetal alcohol spectrum disorders prevention grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

HF2236 (Hassan): Public awareness campaign on health dangers of using skin-lightening products containing mercury and hydroquinone created.

Bills may be added or removed at the discretion of the Chair.

HF2494 (Coulter): Licensure requirements modified for practice of medicine and acupuncture, and professional corporation rules repealed.

HF1486 (Frederick): Supervised practice of alcohol and drug counseling by former students allowed for limited time etc.

HF1677 (Kraft): Insurance; network adequacy provided, and report required.

HF2286 (Noor): Commissioner of human services procedures established related to transition from public health emergency, continuous medical assistance eligibility provided for children, state-funded cost-sharing reduction program established, and money appropriated.

HF17 (Stephenson): Excessive price increases by manufacturers to generic or off-patent drugs prohibited.

HF2621 (Schomacker): Health care capital expenditure notification and reporting changed.

HF2275 (Reyer): Definition added for medical assistance room and board rate, eligible grant fund uses modified etc.

HF2050 (Liebling): Vital record provisions changed for stillbirths.

This bill will function as a vehicle in the assembly of a Minnesota Department of Health policy omnibus. The bill will be amended by adding provisions previously laid over for omnibus inclusion.

HF1790 (Liebling): Health insurance; preexisting condition limitations prohibited in Medicare supplement insurance policies, and Medicare supplement benefits governing provisions modified and added.
