HF4738 (Huot): Office of Emergency Medical Services established to replace Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board, duties specified and transferred, advisory council established, and conforming changes made.

HF2669 (Huot): Conversion of human remains to basic elements using natural organic reduction permitted, licensure requirements for natural organic reduction facilities established, and licensure fees established.

HF4755 (Liebling): Health; 340B covered entity reporting requirements modified.

HF4397 (Liebling): Use of asset verification system authorization clarified; state tax credits, rebates, and refunds excluded from income; electronic notice to commissioner for probate matters permitted; health care administration statutory corrections made; and reports repealed.
