The Committee is starting to hear local water/sewer project bills
There will be a 5-minute limit on each project testimony and discussion.
The Committee will hear 17 to 19 projects per hearing.
All bills will be heard on an informational basis only with no committee action taken on the bill.
No more than 2 testifiers plus the author of the bill.
One page handout maximum about the project for the committee.
