3. HF4062 (Rehm) Deadline to file vehicle title transfers increased to 20 days, eligibility requirements for rental motor vehicle license plates modified, and technical corrections made.
4. HF4063 (Rehm) Stopping requirements for vehicles approaching school buses modified, first aid kit requirements on school buses modified, USDOT numbers for all school buses required, and use of school buses on public roads for training purposes authorized.
5. HF4065 (Rehm) Criminal penalty provisions for assaulting transit workers clarified

HF3926 (Rehm) Various transportation-related provisions modified, silencing of railroad crossing bells prohibited, major highway project cost thresholds increased, authorization for maintenance of Piney-Pinecreek Border Airport in Roseau County removed, and other transportation provisions modified.
7. HF4216 (Sencer-Mura) Advisory board established to study impacts of commercial autonomous vehicle operations implementation, minimum requirements for operation of commercial autonomous vehicles established, and permit process for commercial autonomous vehicle operations required.
8. HF3176 (Koegel) Rail corridor service analysis required for passenger rail service to Fargo and Kansas City, commissioner of transportation required to apply for federal passenger rail corridor identification and development programming, and money appropriated.
9. HF3728 (Koegel) Requirements on trunk highway system maintenance and expansion established, including to limit trunk highway capacity expansion projects in certain circumstances and to require transportation asset management plans; and technical changes made.
11. HF3865 (Luger-Nikolai) Authority to operate collector's vehicles modified, and technical changes made.
12. HF3988 (Myers) Persons under 21 years of age required to complete driver education course before obtaining a driver's license.

HF3785 (Dippel) Definitions and registration requirements for motorized bicycles and motorcycles powered by electric motors modified, sellers required to have a dealer license, and certain vehicles prohibited from using public roads.
HF3849 (Myers) Gasoline stickers relating to state tax rates revised. (Informational Hearing only- Bill in Commerce Committee possession)
HF4102 (Koznick) State Patrol compensation study requirements modified
HF3441 (Koznick) Light rail transit operating and capital maintenance costs governed.
HF3507 (Koznick) Certain Blue Line light rail transit extension project money for arterial bus rapid transit reallocated, and money appropriated
HF3562 (Anderson PE) Motor vehicle registration tax modified.

Amendments to these bills will be posted by 1pm Tuesday March 24th.
