V. HF1409 (Harder) - Property tax; qualified relatives expanded for special agricultural homestead.
VI. HF2316 (Anderson, P.H.) - Property tax; special agricultural homestead requirements modified.

HF2254 (Hanson) Income tax; baby bonus established within the Minnesota child credit.
HF2302 (Norris) 18-year-old children allowed to qualify for Minnesota child credit.
HF2502 (Rehm) Individual income tax; child credit phaseout increased to eliminate the marriage penalty.
HF2315 (Norris) Targeting additional property tax refund expanded.
HF2475 (Tabke) Homestead credit refund co-pays reduced.
HF2086 (Wolgamott) Requirements for the senior citizens' property tax deferral program modified.
