HF 366 (Agbaje) Reproductive health care; health records release limited, certain acts by health-related licensing boards prohibited, certain judgement enforcement prevented, subpoena enforcement restricted, lawsuit cause of action created for penalties and court costs, and extradition of persons charged in another state prohibited for acts committed or services received in Minnesota.

Committee discussion of all bills will be limited to the provisions within the jurisdiction of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Committee. Items may be taken up in any order, items may be added or removed at the Chairs' discretion.
