HF 3465 (Liebling) Enhanced penalties for theft from a vulnerable adult established.

HF 3782 (Moller) Disclosure of chemical irritants used in certain buildings required.

HF 4075 (Moller) Uniform procedure for imposition, implementation, and oversight of firearm restrictions resulting from certain criminal convictions and judicial orders established.

HF 391 (Scott) Enforcement of judicially ordered firearms restrictions provided for abusing parties.

HF 3946 (Moller) Definition of domestic abuse modified for purposes of obtaining an order for protection, law enforcement agencies required to report information in domestic abuse cases, authorizing certain arrests for suspected nonfelony domestic abuse, other domestic abuse provisions modified, and money appropriated.

HF 2976 (Hollins) Mitigated departures provided for certain offenders who have been victims, presentence investigation reports required to include certain information, certain offenders who have been victims allowed to apply for a pardon or for clemency, and Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission directed to include an additional mitigating factor.

HF 3350 (Pinto) Lifetime firearms ban on persons who are convicted of certain misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor domestic assault offenses established.

HF2354 (Norris): Medicaid fraud provisions added and modified, attorney general provided subpoena and enforcement authority, criminal penalties provided, conforming changes made, and money appropriated.

HF3621 (Klevorn): Fraud; payments to program participants withheld under certain circumstances.

HF3429 (Kraft): Intelligent speed assistance program established, revocation period for certain speeding offenses extended, speed-controlled license restriction created, rulemaking required, and money appropriated.

HF3483 (Feist): Trespass offenses modified to require a warrant signed by a judicial officer for immigration enforcement, and detention of persons subject to civil immigration detainers issued by the federal government prohibited.
